Nybor Holdings Pty Ltd is an Australian family owned trading company incorporated in NSW.  The core business activity is the procurement and supply of bulk fruit and vegetable food products to the Australian and international food market. Nybor specialises in frozen fruits and vegetables, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, herbs and fruit juice concentrate.   Nybor supplies mainly in full container loads to the food industry, food service and ready for retail as co-packed branded product or directly as Private Label products.

Nybor has been successfully supplying the highest quality products possible for more than 40 years.  Since 2001 Nybor has further strengthened our commitment to food safety and quality through incorporating an externally audited  FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM which complies with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001 and CODEX HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).  Nybor has been HACCP and ISO certified since 2001.

Nybor has achieved an impressive record by adhering to a commitment to quality products produced strictly to meet or exceed specifications through a reliance on a network of strong and competitive supply companies who have been selected over the years of trading. These suppliers are among the best in their field in each country of operation.  These relationships have been built over years of trading reinforced with regular on-site visits to our suppliers by the principals of Nybor Holdings. It is essential that such visits be on a regular basis in order that the company is able to offer the best, most up-to-date products and innovations to its client base.  In a number of lesser developed countries Nybor also has contractual arrangements with on the ground food safety and product development officers who regularly monitor the production of products for Nybor from harvest through processing and packing to shipment.

Our History

Nybor Holdings was incorporated in April 1970 and has traded profitably through this period.

Nybor Holdings is a proven, reliable supplier of quality products due to the network of strong and competitive supplier companies who have selected Nybor as their representative in Australia. Company Objectives

Nybor Holdings is in a sound position to expand its operation as a trading company in food items. It has shown a strong commitment to research and development of new food products and has sourced experimental materials for many large food processing organisations.

Nybor Holdings does not act as a commission agent but commits its funds to purchasing and on-selling products to demonstrate faith in its product.

Nybor offers a range of services to its clients including all customs clearance and product delivery. Product purchases are backed up by International Quality Assurance Certification. Any product complaint is dealt with immediatly with client satisfaction being foremost as a Company objective.

Nybor Holdings will continue to pursue new product developments with its clients and assist in sourcing raw materials for these developments.
